1. Contracting Entity & Scope

This website (https://aldencrestgroup.com) is owned and operated by Alden Crest LLC, a Missouri Limited Liability Company with its statutory Registered Office at 117 S Lexington St Ste 100, Harrisonville, MO 64701-2444, United States ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services & Statement of Work (SOW)

Alden Crest LLC provides custom web platform development, Python workflow automation, and digital market research services. All client engagements are governed by a written Statement of Work (SOW) or written project quote specifying the exact deliverables, timeline, acceptance criteria, and fees.

3. Pricing, Currency & Invoicing

All project quotes and commercial invoices are denominated in United States Dollars (USD $) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices are payable according to the milestone schedule stated in the applicable Statement of Work.

4. Intellectual Property & Deliverables

Upon full payment of the agreed fees for a milestone or project, the client receives the usage and ownership rights to the custom code, web templates, or research datasets specified in the Statement of Work. Pre-existing open-source libraries remain subject to their respective open-source licenses.

5. Acceptable Use

Clients may not engage Alden Crest LLC or use any delivered software or scripts for unlawful activities, unauthorized access to third-party systems, or violation of third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alden Crest LLC's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any service engagement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client to Alden Crest LLC under the applicable Statement of Work during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
