Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Delivery Policy

All web development, workflow automation, and digital market research deliverables provided by Alden Crest LLC are fulfilled electronically (via source code repository transfer, downloadable digital files, or direct server configuration). No physical goods are shipped.

2. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a client cancels a project in writing after paying an initial deposit or invoice before engineering or research work has commenced, Alden Crest LLC will issue a 100% full refund of the amount paid.

3. Milestone Review & Refund Eligibility

For milestone-based Statements of Work (SOW):

• Each delivered milestone includes a 14-calendar-day review period during which the client may verify that the deliverables match the written specifications in the Statement of Work.
• If a deliverable materially fails to meet the written specifications in the Statement of Work and Alden Crest LLC is unable to remedy the defect within a reasonable cure period (typically 7 business days), the client is entitled to a refund for that unfulfilled milestone.
• If a client elects to cancel an active project mid-milestone for convenience, any unearned portion of prepaid fees beyond the work already completed and handed over will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a cancellation or refund, please email [email protected] or [email protected] with your company name, invoice number, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed in USD back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
