How We Work With Clients

Prospective clients submit their project requirements via our online Contact Form or by emailing [email protected].

We review the technical goals, target timeline, and required outputs within 1 to 2 business days. If we need clarification, we follow up via email with specific questions to confirm feasibility before preparing a proposal.

Before any work or billing occurs, we issue a written Statement of Work (SOW) and formal quote denominated in United States Dollars (USD $).

The Statement of Work outlines the exact files, code modules, or research datasets to be delivered, the milestone schedule, the acceptance criteria, and the payment terms.

Once the scope is approved, our team executes the engineering or research work. For web platforms, we provide a private staging link so you can inspect layouts and functionality on both desktop and mobile devices.

For Python automation pipelines and market research briefs, we provide sample output records and schema documentation for your review prior to final packaging.

All deliverables are fulfilled digitally (via Git repository access, secure archive download, or direct deployment to your server environment). No physical goods are shipped.

Every completed project includes a 14-day post-delivery review window to resolve any defects against the agreed Statement of Work.
